Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply to Fillwarden (the “software”), provided by Atesen Software, the trading name of Samet Ateşen, a sole proprietor based in Adapazarı, Sakarya, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@atesensoftware.com.
1. Who sells the paid plan
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. What the software does
Fillwarden reads spreadsheets you choose in your browser, keeps a library of your past questionnaire answers in your browser’s storage, suggests answers for a new questionnaire by comparing question wording, and writes the answers you approve into a copy of that spreadsheet. It does not certify compliance, it is not legal or security advice, and it does not connect to any other system.
3. Your responsibility for answers
Every answer comes from your own library or from what you type. You are responsible for checking that each answer is true and current before you send a questionnaire. Starter drafts are templates with placeholders and must be edited before use.
4. Free use and the Pro plan
The free version writes up to 20 answers into each downloaded file. Pro ($29 per month or $290 per year, plus any tax Paddle adds) writes every answer. One Pro subscription covers one company and its staff. Do not share a license key outside the company that bought it.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel at any time from the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. It does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Your data
Questionnaires and answers are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable use
Use the software only for files you are authorised to process. Do not try to bypass the license check or resell the software.
9. Warranty and liability
The software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost deals. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Trademarks
SIG is a trademark of Shared Assessments; CAIQ is published by the Cloud Security Alliance. Fillwarden is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by either.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes to the paid plan apply from your next renewal, and we will tell subscribers by email beforehand.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
