Fillwarden is made by Atesen Software (Samet Ateşen, Sakarya, Türkiye; support@atesensoftware.com). This page says exactly what the software does with data.

Your spreadsheets and answers stay in your browser

Files you open are read by your browser. The answer library is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. Filled files are created in your browser and saved by your browser’s download. None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes the library; export it as CSV to keep a copy.

What does reach our server

• License check (Pro only): when a license key is saved, the app sends that key to /api/license on this site. Our server asks Paddle whether the subscription is active and answers yes or no. We do not store the key.
• Page requests: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address) to deliver the pages and keep them secure. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
• Sample files: “Try with sample files” downloads two fictional spreadsheets from this site.

Payments

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record. Paddle collects your name, email, billing address and payment details under its own privacy notice (paddle.com/legal/privacy). We receive the order details Paddle shares with sellers so we can provide support.

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and for our records.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@atesensoftware.com.
